DiveStyle Diving Centre Status & Appointment Booking

The Coronavirus is impacting heavily on all our day to day lives. Things are changing daily with the release of new information and advice from the Government that is designed to slow the rapid spread of the virus. This obviously has a knock on effect with the services we can continue to provide and we'll keep this page updated as things change.

Our Dive Centre

Our Dive Centre has now closed to help protect our employees and do our bit to slow the spread of the virus. If you have serviced equipment that was waiting to be picked up and it is absolutely critical that it be returned to you urgently then please contact Customer Support and arrangements can be made for the equipment to be sent to you. The store is no longer accepting customer walk-ins or appointments for advice or fitting.

Please note that DPD has suspended their 'Pick Up' shop network temporarily following COVID-19 government guidelines. You can still send/return parcels using our other services.

From the 15th June 2020 the dive centre is finally reopening, but to reassure visiting customers and in order to follow all government guidelines and social distancing, all visits must be booked in advance. We want your shopping experience to be first-class when you come in to see us. So to ensure our store doesn't become over-crowded and one of our expert staff members is available to give you a one-to-one VIP treatment, we have introduced an appointment system. Please use the calendar below to book an appointment if you would like to come in and visit us.

Diver Training
British Diving Safety Group (BDSG) released clear guidance for the mindful and progressive return to shore diving in England and Northern Ireland as diving is seen as an activity that lends itself to social distancing when on the surface. You can find extensive guidance on the phased return to diving on the BSAC website.

Customer Support

All our Customer Support communication channels remain open with much of our team working remote to ensure continued support during this crisis. They are there to help you with previous orders, current orders or future orders as they were already. Equipment Servicing

Our Dive Centre are now accepting customer drop-off and courier deliveries for equipment servicing. We can also arrange for pick-up of your servicing if it helps. All equipment will be cleaned and serviced to the manufacturers specification as normal but we are also taking extra measures to thoroughly disinfect all equipment. Once complete we will return the equipment via courier. Please visit our Servicing pages for more information.

Deliveries

Our delivery service is still operating albeit with potentially extended delivery times in some areas which are subject to change. As always it is our aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible but due to enhanced measures in place to protect our staff including reduced headcount and social distancing, a short delay may occur.
