Shipping & Delivery

The following Shipping and Handling costs apply to online shop or telephone purchases. The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order.

UK Mainland

A Flat rate of £5.00 will be charged for each order regardless of value, volumetric weight or physical weight.

Next Day Delivery is for stock items only and needs to be placed before 2pm on the day.

While we carry over 1500 stock items, sometimes we do run out. If you need the item urgently then please phone our dive centre 01189 761729 to check that we have it in stock first. If it is in stock then it will be sent by 24hr , at which point you will either be able to accept delivery that day or organise for delivery on another day that is more convenient.

Returns & Replacements

We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from DiveStyle. However should you wish, you can return it for any reason within 28 days from the date of dispatch for a full refund (less postage costs). Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. The latest date for returns is printed on your delivery note for clarification.

If an item has been lost in the post, then we reserve the right to wait 14 days before issuing a refund or exchange.

How to I return an item

Package the item up safely and send the item along with the completed returns/delivery note included with your order to;

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until such time as they are received by us. As such we advise that you use a traceable and insured method of delivery, or at least obtain proof of postage to enable you to claim from the carrier should your item(s) fail to arrive with us.

I want to I exchange my item

No worries just follow these simple instructions

  • Make sure that the product is in its original packaging with its original tags still attached.
  • Package up your item carefully.
  • Take it to your local post office / post centre and send it back to us using the address above using a suitable traceable service.

When a replacement is required urgently, it is advisable to place a new order on the website for the replacement item first. This ensures that the goods can be despatched with a minimum of delay in order to get them to you promptly. You should then follow the normal returns procedure as above to return the original goods for a refund.

My item is faulty

In the unlikely event that something you have purchased from us is faulty when it arrives then we will be happy to replace it for you.

If an item becomes faulty after a period of time then please contact us direct at the dive center by writing to us on email (info'at' where 'at' should be replaced with @ or just give us a call on 01189 761729 before returning the item.

We will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

If we ask you to return the goods to us please download the faulty goods return form below as this will need to be enclosed when you return your faulty product to us.
