WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS TO THE UK AND HOW MUCH DO THEY COST?

Standard delivery is 3 days from the date of despatch – £3.99

Standard plus is 2 days from the date of despatch – £4.50 (Please note deliveries to remote areas of Northern Ireland & Scotland may take an extra 1-2 working days to arrive, however we will use the fastest method we have available.)

WHAT ARE YOUR DESPATCHING HOURS?

We despatch parcels Monday – Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. As mentioned above, Next Working Day orders must be placed by 3pm to be despatched that day.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE UK AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Yes, we do deliver outside the UK. The cost depends on the country you require the parcel to be shipped to. We always try to find the best solution possible but please call us before placing an order so you are not left with any nasty surprises.

We have two main shipping offerings for outside of the UK. They are:

None UK Standard

None UK standard International method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. We use DPD International, ParcelForce Worldwide and Parcel Monkey. delivery takes 3-31 days from despatch dependant on location. Shipping prices are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the goods contained in the parcel.

None UK Express

This shipping method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the United Kingdom. DHL Express takes 1-4 days for delivery from despatch, dependant on location. Shipping prices are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the goods contained in the parcel.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT THE ORDER TO BE DESPATCHED?

All orders will be shipped as soon as all the items are available – subject to payment authorisation.

Where items on your order are out of stock the order will ship once all of the orders components become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder to come in to stock, we contact you to offer you an alternate product or advise that you place a separate order for these items when they come back into stock.

Please note: At exceptionally busy times like Christmas or if the weather gods gift us periods of adverse weather conditions deliveries may be delayed by a day or two beyond normal timescales quoted. At these times we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

CAN I USE AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Of course you can! If you would like us to ship to an different address rather than your registered billing address, please tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.

Please Note: The Billing address must be the address your payment card is registered to. PO Box addresses may not be accepted. Delivery outside the UK and for PayPal customers can only be shipped to the registered billing address. This is a fraud prevention measure, there to protect you and a measure issued by PayPal and is beyond our control, sorry.

CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?

Yes, when we despatch your order we will email you with the tracking details.

WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?

Yes, as a general rule the courier will require a signature on delivery.

If your order is small, light and inexpensive, and you choose to have it sent to you via our standard service, in this case it is normally delivered with your normal mail.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER FROM IN STORE?

Yes of course, if you live locally and want to pop into the shop to pick up your order that’s fine.

Just select 'Pick Up From Store' at the checkout as your delivery option, we’ll email you when we’ve collated your order it and it’s ready for collection. We require a minimum of 2 hours to collate your order.

OVERSEAS ORDERS, VAT AND IMPORT DUTIES

If your delivery county is inside the European Union then your order will be subject to VAT.

For exports to countries outside the EU although these are exempt from VAT you may be required to pay import duties by your government, you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

Some countries (including but not limited to Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose import duties on products shipped from the EU, however in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax; you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

You can sometimes get VAT refunds on goods bought in the UK if you:

  1. visit the UK but live outside the EU and are going back home
  2. are an EU resident leaving the EU for 12 months or more
  3. are a non-EU resident but work or study in the UK and are leaving the EU for 12 months or more

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?

We will work with you to try and deliver to the country that you live in. But please be aware that postage costs can be very severe for some countries and it may be impossible to deliver to your country at the time due to conditions outside our control (such as government sanctions, conflicts etc).

In all cases we will require payment through our secure payment portal, we will not take payment over the phone as this is to open to fraud.
