DIVING COURSES

  1. Your place on a course will only be confirmed following receipt of a Course Confirmation Email or letter sent by DiveStyle
  2. DiveStyle reserves the right to vary or cancel at their discretion a course or its content where the circumstances or weather necessitate it.
  3. Full payment must be received 21 days prior to the start of the course otherwise your deposit is forfeited and your place on the course is lost.
  4. Cancellations of courses received more than 21 days before the course will receive a full refund on return of all materials in an unused condition.
    Cancellations received less than 21 days before the course start date will be not refunded. Alternatively, for a fee of £75 the course can be rescheduled to an alternative date. This includes courses part completed.
  5. Refunds; No refunds of any monies paid will be given less than 21 days prior to a course start date.
  6. Lost or damaged equipment (caused by student) must be paid for by the student.
  7. All courses must be completed within a 12 month period of booking otherwise all course fees are forfeit.
  8. Completion of any relevant forms. These must be brought along on the course start date.
  9. If applicable, the completion of all pre-study materials in advance of the course start date and submission at the start of the course.
  10. All courses are performance based. Some students may take longer than the allocated time set for the course. We are committed to all of our clients learning to dive therefore we will provide whatever reasonable training is required to complete your Open Water Referral and Open Water Diver training at no extra cost. This completion guarantee is subject to DiveStyle training resources being available during future courses to allow the student to repeat the necessary elements of the training.
  11. DiveStyle tries to ensure all courses finish on time, however due to students learning at different rates the courses may over run. We would recommend that you leave yourself extra time at the end of the stated course finish time.
  12. Students agree to be present at all training sessions between the times communicated
  13. Students agree to make adequate travel arrangements to ensure they arrive before the course start time. This includes downloading maps of locations, checking public transport, allowing for traffic hold ups etc.
  14. It is a mandatory requirement that students have their own training materials for each PADI course; this includes DVDrom or manuals+DVD, Log Book, Student Record File, RDP+Booklet. These materials are available from DiveStyle if you do not already have your own set. Please ensure you bring along materials to each session.
  15. We recommend that you collect any required course materials, if not; course materials will be posted at extra cost.
  16. All information on this website, including photographs, logos, and trademarks are the property of DiveStyle, its affiliates or subsidiaries, unless stated otherwise. Except as expressly authorized by DiveStyle on the website pages, no part of the DiveStyle website materials may be copied, photocopied, reproduced, translated, reduced to any electronic medium or machine-readable form, or retransmitted, in whole or in part. Any unauthorized reproduction in any form without the prior written consent of DiveStyle is prohibited.

Products

  1. No authorization is granted to copy or otherwise reproduce any DiveStyle products or products distributed by DiveStyle including, but not limited to, instructor manuals, student record files, dive tables, DiveStyle brochures, etc.
