Nobody likes small print and T&Cs so we try to keep them very fair and very simple. That way they are fair to you, and fair to us.

• DiveStyle reserves the right to vary or cancel at their discretion a course or its content where the circumstances or weather necessitate it.

• Full payment must be received 21 days prior to the start of the course otherwise your deposit is forfeited and your place on the course is lost.

• Cancellations of courses received more than 21 days before the course will receive a full refund on return of all materials in an unused condition. Cancellations received less than 21 days before the course start date will be not refunded. Alternatively, for a fee of £50 the course can be rescheduled to an alternative date. This includes courses part completed.

• Refunds. No refunds of any monies paid will be given less than 21 days prior to a course start date.

• Lost or damaged equipment (caused by student) must be paid for by the student.
