Why PADI Dry Suit Diver?

If you want to see the spectacular wrecks and prolific aquatic life often found in cooler water climates like the UK , you'll need to stay warm and that means a dry suit. But, you want to be trained in proper techniques and this is where PADI Dry Suit Diver Specialty course comes in.

During your PADI Dry Suit Diver Specialty course, you'll not only cover the background knowledge related to dry suit diving, you'll get into confined water to put that theory into practice. Then, once you've mastered confined water, it's time for two open water dives and applying that knowledge, including dive planning, organisation, techniques, problems and buoyancy control.

Drysuit Diver Training Dives  

Dive 1 – Perform a controlled descent avoiding suit squeeze. Demonstrate neutral buoyancy for one minute using your suit only.  Have a pleasure dive while maintaining neutral buoyancy avoiding accidentally kicking up bottom silt. When back on the surface, remove and replace both the scuba and weight system.  

Dive 2 – Disconnect and reconnect the low pressure hose from the dry suit inflator valve while wearing gloves. Have a pleasure dive while maintaining neutral buoyancy avoiding accidentally kicking up bottom silt.
