Delivery Charges - Refund Policy
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order.
Please Note: Both Mares and Scubapro products that are not in stock can take up to 8 days to be delivered.
Delivery within the UK:
- £4.49 Normal Post 1-3 Days (Royal Mail)
- £7.99 Express (48 Hrs)
- £9.99 Next Day (Royal Mail, MAX 20Kgs)
- Spend over £200 get your postage free!
On this option we usually try and get your items out to you ASAP so if the item is in stock then it will be approximately a 1 - 2 days (Standard Royal Mail) delivery if not then delivery should be within 3 - 4 days of the order, however if the order is not currently in stock we will e-mail or call you with an estimated delivery date and the option to change or cancel your order. We only debit your card on despatch of the goods.
International delivery:
- We currently do not deliver as standard to International addresses.
- If you do wish to order items and have them delivered to an international address then please contact the dive centre direct.
Please note Next Day Service - This service is for stock items only. While we carry over 1500 stock items, sometimes we do run out. If you need the item urgently then please phone 01189 262288 to check that we have it in stock first. If it is in stock then it will be sent by WorldWide Express 24hr which is guaranteed before 5pm.
If one or more of your items is not in stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date and then we will hold that order until it is complete. Once the order is complete we will then post next day delivery.
Back orders: If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. We will always e-mail or call you with the estimated arrival date and the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Please note: On receiving your product you will be required to sign for the delivery, for this reason please ensure you specify the delivery address, which is most convenient for you. If you miss the delivery you will receive a card, which will enable you to collect your item from your local post office.
Guarantees: All the products we sell come with the manufacturers guarantee and Warranty. In the unlikely event of a fault please return the item to our Centre and we will handle the problem for you.
Refunds/Credits: We hope you will be pleased with your retail purchase from the dive store. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (14 days) and in its original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective, we reserve the right to repair or replace that product. In the event that the product being returned is no longer available or is no longer in stock then we reserve the right to replace the original item with a suitable alternate product.

UK laws apply to this agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

All equipment should be serviced in line with manufacturer, certifying agency, European and UK regulatory norms. The Scuba Centre accepts no liability for accident, injury or death resulting from the use of equipment purchased via this site.
